Salon Policies

All Clients
All coloring services and new clients are required to book a consultation before you can book an appointment.

Upon Arrival
Please text that you have arrived and wait in your vehicle or wait in reception area if seating is available until I call you to the suite for your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected emergencies can happen, since we reserve your appointment time exclusively for you, we respectfully require 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule is required for all appointments.
All missed appointments and appointments canceled with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of service will be billed. Cancelation fee must be paid before a new appointment can be booked

All Guests
All Guests must use headphones for personal listening devices, including children.

All Guests please refrain from face time, speaker phone, and other loud conversations.

Children should only be in salon if they are being serviced.

Only guests who are being serviced should be in the salon. Please do not bring anyone to wait. Our waiting area is for clients only and space is limited.
